Equipment Maintenance

Kyma provides preventive and reactive maintenance services for both Kyma-supplied equipment and for non-Kyma-supplied equipment.

Customers who purchase Kyma's tools receive ongoing support within the terms of the warranty agreement and can access additional support on an as-needed basis or via a maintenance service agreement. 

Kyma also has a successful track record of helping customers trouble-shoot, maintain, and upgrade existing or legacy semiconductor process and characterization equipment.

Customers often find that Kyma can trouble shoot and fix a problem well before a service representative from the original equipment vendor is able to respond.
